If you constantly feel overstressed, it is time to train your stress prevention and stress relief skills. During the De-Stress program, you discover what you need to change, learn, and let go of to reduce stress to the lowest level possible. The ultimate goal is to make stress resilience skills as strong as habits. That will give you the energy to live the life you like.
The program combines coaching and training. Coaching helps to find your specific way to reach stress-reduction goals. You will learn and practice techniques stress management techniques. You discover what works best for achieving your life goals with less stress. As a result, your stress resilience will be higher, the recovery time will be shorter, and the period without stress will be longer. There will be more energy for everything significant in your life.
Before starting the program, you will have a discovery meeting with a coach.
During the conversation, you will look at your current situation in a fresh and structured way. You will get clarity about your stressors and discuss the possible ways to reduce stress and increase resilience. Together with a coach, you will uncover hidden challenges that may be sabotaging your effort to be in control of your life. The discovery session will create an inner space for growth and self-development.
After the session, you will have time to reflect on your discoveries, the coaching method, and the coach's personality. You may decide to implement the new understanding yourself, work with the coach on specific stress-related issues, or participate in the De-stress program.
The duration of the discovery session is between 30 and 60 min.
De-stress coaching program flow
We will work on understanding your stressors and stress responses during the first coaching session. We will discuss how to use the mini-habit approach to deal with stress, integrate your new learnings into life, and set up the accountability system. You will practice relaxation exercises.
During the following four sessions, we will continue to illuminate the stressors, reduce the stress level, and learn new relaxation and stress-reduction techniques.
During the last session, we will summarize the learning, check the progress, and create a plan to keep your stress in check.
Format: Online, one hour of coaching per week for six weeks within two months.

This normally creates powerful opportunities for the unfolding of the Self.

This is the orientation session which lasts 2 hours. During this session we get to know more about each other as coach-client. You let me know what you primarily want from this coaching relationship, where you are right now, how you would like to be coached and vice versa. It is also during this phase that we create a coaching blueprint that takes into account your core beliefs, values, limiting beliefs, goals and expectations. We will also discuss the logistics aspect of things such as scheduling and session attendance, communication, payments, coaching calls, and homework.
Important: If after this session you decide that this may not be right for you, I will then only charge for this orientation session.

What is one-on-one coaching & how does it work?
To ensure success, the one-on-one business coaching process starts with an alignment session to get absolute clarity on where the company is now and where you want it to be. The outcome of that drives the coaching programme.
The first stage of one-on-one coaching process is normally around mastering time to enable the Owner/Directors to have time to work strategically on the business.
The second stage is normally to review/set an outline of the business plan and set goals. The goals are explored and your coach will also look at personal goals to ensure the motivation and focus is rounded. One-on-one coaching sessions are weekly or fortnightly and because you’re probably spending the bulk of your time working ‘IN the business’, the focus for these sessions is working ‘ON the business’.
Beyond that, it depends on the company and goals set at the alignment.
