We will work together to determine 1-3 behaviors that you must master in order to improve your effectiveness as a leader. We will then agree on daily work that you will perform, and we will develop a scorecard to measure your progress. In most cases, we will have a weekly call to discuss struggles & progress, and adjust the plan as necessary.

My clients pay a monthly fee for unlimited access to me via phone & email so that they can remove the financial implications from a decision to ask for help when they feel they need it. I reply to email, text & voice messages within 24 hours and can typically set up an "emergency" meeting with 24 hours as well.
