We will look at yoru strengths and how to best leverage them, as well as your opportunties and how to enhance them. You and I will then work collaboratively to make the needed changes and, most importantly, to develop a system of accountability to insure sustained success. This package is for those that wish to undertake a personal coaching journey (not through your company).

Coaching is conducted on a 1:1 basis, where we work together on agreed targets to develop your individual performance capabilities. A coaching journey runs for six sessions (a 1.5hr session every 3-4 weeks). The first session can be doubled to deep dive into our topic. We can adjust this to a time scale that suits your workload and goals. Time between sessions allows you to think, reflect, practice new behaviours and carry out intended actions.

All coaching operates under a confidentiality agreement and within each coaching session, at coaching midpoints and at completion, there is opportunity to give and receive feedback on the coaching journey.

For a deep dive into your work-related questions or dilemmas, we will meet for 6 sessions to find your answers. The coaching program starts with converting your question into a learning goal: what do you want to achieve by the end of the program? Throughout the program you will work towards achieving your learning goal. As a coach, I will guide and support you through this process. I will use my professional backpack filled with interventions and working methods. Between the sessions, you will continue to work to achieve your goal (through ‘homework’ or better: learning assignments). At the end of the program you will be able to continue your career path with fresh insights and new energy.
