You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session. The introductory session will give us a great starting point to see where you are, coaching approaches, the recommended coaching support and if we are a good fit.
This would be an open forum so both of us can ask questions about style, preferences and narrow down what your potential coaching needs are. Once we get down to what the needs are, we narrow down what would success would look like and the next steps.
If it doesn't feel right, it usually means it isn't right, so don't worry there is no pressure to commit, no fuss. Remember, this is a big decision and I want to ensure that you are comfortable and ready to take the next step.
