Developing our maximum potential is an important part of the human experience – a unique experience that allows us to grow, learn and make a difference for others and for the world! A 6-week 1:1 coaching program to (further) develop your potential. Whether you feel stuck professionally, considering a career change or seeking a promotion, you need to reassess your career first. It is about taking a very personal look at how you define success in your heart and then finding your path to get there. With great dedication, I will work side by side with you to help you identify your dream career and develop the skills to get there through powerful questioning techniques and the use of a tailored methodology. As a result, you will feel empowered to pursue a course that reflects who you truly are, backed up with a personalised career action plan. Depending on the progress and your needs, we can extend the program to 9th or 12th weeks. There are two evaluation rounds on the 3rd and 6th session. Coaching sessions are held by phone, face-to-face or virtually. The program includes: ▹ Preparation work to support the learnings and accelerate success + coaching tools ▹ 6 x 1:25 hour coaching or strategy session + homework (worksheets, assessment) ▹ 1 x 0:30 minute follow up session ▹ Email support between sessions

Rescheduling & Cancelling

You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
