We will work together to determine 1-3 behaviors that you must master in order to improve your effectiveness as a leader. We will then agree on daily work that you will perform, and we will develop a scorecard to measure your progress. In most cases, we will have a weekly call to discuss struggles & progress, and adjust the plan as necessary. My clients pay a monthly fee for unlimited access to me via phone & email so that they can remove the financial implications from a decision to ask for help when they feel they need it. I reply to email, text & voice messages within 24 hours and can typically set up an "emergency" meeting with 24 hours as well.

Rescheduling & Cancelling

You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
