If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session. This is a tool which enables one to live an all-encompassing balanced life. We achieve through a free and frank thought through discussion to identify the key personal and professional objectives for the year, more important is to assist to achieve them. We do fortnightly sessions for 12 months to ensure we achieve our objective. My take - this is a must for almost all of us to shape our life instead of living a scattered/directionless life.
