Typically, each session provides you, the client, with significant and positive-change elements that integrate and settle into as life proceeds for weeks or months. Most of Kris' clients make an appointment every few months or when they feel the need, and this is the coaching frequency that she prefers.
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
