This will be primarily about clarifying how we will work together as coach and coachee, which commitments from both sides, the administrative process, how do you wish me to respond if you fall behind on your goals, how challenging do you want me to be, issues of confidentiality, etc.

These 3 sessions will provide you a safe and supportive environment, allowing awareness to emerge.
This goal of creating awareness will be brought by me to all phases of the coaching process. The power of the coaching process lies in the coach knowing how to create awareness in their client.
