This first session allows you understand how I operate and what you can expect from coaching. This will be primarily about clarifying how we will work together as coach and coachee, which commitments from both sides, the administrative process, how do you wish me to respond if you fall behind on your goals, how challenging do you want me to be, issues of confidentiality, etc.
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
