During this 30-minute conversation we get to know each other and discover if we are a good coach-client match. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the coaching process.

Orientation Session

This is the orientation session which lasts 2 hours. During this session we get to know more about each other as coach-client. You let me know what you primarily want from this coaching relationship, where you are right now, how you would like to be coached and vice versa. It is also during this phase that we create a coaching blueprint that takes into account your core beliefs, values, limiting beliefs, goals and expectations. We will also discuss the logistics aspect of things such as scheduling and session attendance, communication, payments, coaching calls, and homework.
Important: If after this session you decide that this may not be right for you, I will then only charge for this orientation session.

Step 8: We agree on a coaching schedule.
