My Coaching Speciality

As I am Precision Nutrition Certified, I am able to coach clients on how to make long term changes using their ProCoach platform. This is a wonderful program which teaches one how to change habits of a life time to better healthier more productive habits, using daily lessons and habits to practice. This can be done over a 3 month, 6 month or even better a 12 month period.

I am also Certified to create on-line Personal Training programs using a platform called PT Distinction. Clients will download an APP on their phone and will be able to access their customized Personal Training Program, on the go, in their home, while traveling, or in the gym.

About myself & my experience

"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone"

In 2007 we relocated from South Africa to the USA, at the same time I decided to follow my passion and leave the corporate world behind and become a Fitness and Nutrition coach.

The last 11 years have been challenging, uncomfortable but certainly the most rewarding time of my life. To be able to work each and every day helping people identify, meet and exceed their goals inspires, energizes and fulfills me both personally and professionally.

My family are incredibly important to me, my 3 children have all acclimatized to life in a new country and grown into strong confident successful members of society . As they have grown and carved their own path I have been able to spend my time in building my growing Personal Training and Nutritional coaching Practice , increasing my knowledge and skills in Fitness , Nutrition, Life coaching and enjoying a very active lifestyle with my husband , (Biking , Hiking , Obstacle Course Racing , Kick boxing and Yoga). I always strive to be the best that I can be for my clients and to help them achieve more than they ever thought possible .

My coaching method & approach

Our first 30 minute session is just getting to know you and where you are in your journey. From there I can put together a plan based on your short term goals. Once we have established we can progress with small baby steps, we then create the longer term goals.

Notes / Remarks

I am at my happiest encouraging and helping people to change their lifestyle. With strong encouragement, and positive attitude, progress might be slow, but it will definitely be life changing. There are no quick fixes, and slow and steady will always win the race.
