You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session. a. DISC Assessment: measures behaviors and examines an individual’s dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance, revealing the ways in which one responds to the following: Problems and Challenges Influencing Others Pace of Environment Rules and Procedures

d. Leadership Potential Assessment – 2nd Revision
Factors and Scales: Overall Score plus 3 factors, divided into 15 scales:
● Transactional Leadership: Ability to set clear guidelines for behavior, reward good performance and punish poor performance, provide feedback, and take a management role in assigning tasks to others.
● Transformational Leadership: Involves motivating and coaching employees, sharing a vision for the company or organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and setting an excellent example.
● Leadership Potential: Level of suitability for a leadership role.

e. MEIQ - HR (Multidimensional Emotional Intelligence Quotient
● Emotional Identification, Perception, and Expression: Ability to characterize emotions in oneself and in others.
