A single session usually lasts an hour and focuses on identifying obstacles and creating an action plan to achieve your goals. I may guide you through exercises to challenge limiting beliefs, break down goals, and establish accountability measures. The session may include visualization exercises or goal-setting activities, and you should leave feeling empowered and confident in your ability to make progress.
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session. During the initial session, I will assess your current situation and set clear and measurable goals. In subsequent sessions, I may help you identify limiting beliefs, create an action plan, build confidence and resilience, review progress, and establish accountability measures.
Throughout the coaching process, I may use various tools and techniques, such as questioning, visualization, and goal-setting exercises, to help you gain clarity and make progress towards your goals. I may also provide resources, recommendations, and ongoing support to help you maintain momentum and achieve sustainable change.
Ultimately, life coaching sessions are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual client, and are designed to support personal growth, self-discovery, and fulfillment.
