I find it important to initially meet (Skype/Zoom), to establish a mutual level of trust and credibility, thus I start with a free introductory/chemistry meeting. At this stage we will: - Discuss your current opportunities and challenges - Define the scope of the relationship - Identify priorities for action - Establish specific desired goals; and - Establish the type of coaching that is right for you
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session. Coaching is conducted on a 1:1 basis, where we work together on agreed targets to develop your individual performance capabilities. A coaching journey runs for six sessions (a 1.5hr session every 3-4 weeks). The first session can be doubled to deep dive into our topic. We can adjust this to a time scale that suits your workload and goals. Time between sessions allows you to think, reflect, practice new behaviours and carry out intended actions.
All coaching operates under a confidentiality agreement and within each coaching session, at coaching midpoints and at completion, there is opportunity to give and receive feedback on the coaching journey.
