This package is for those that wish to undertake a personal coaching journey (not through your company).

Coaching is conducted on a 1:1 basis, where we work together on agreed targets to develop your individual performance capabilities. A coaching journey runs for six sessions (a 1.5hr session every 3-4 weeks). The first session can be doubled to deep dive into our topic. We can adjust this to a time scale that suits your workload and goals. Time between sessions allows you to think, reflect, practice new behaviours and carry out intended actions.

All coaching operates under a confidentiality agreement and within each coaching session, at coaching midpoints and at completion, there is opportunity to give and receive feedback on the coaching journey.

I find it important to initially meet (Skype/Zoom), to establish a mutual level of trust and credibility, thus I start with a free introductory/chemistry meeting. At this stage we will:

- Discuss your current opportunities and challenges
- Define the scope of the relationship
- Identify priorities for action
- Establish specific desired goals; and
- Establish the type of coaching that is right for you
