This program is for you if you want to plan for your next step in career and you are not sure where to start. You may feel stuck and unfulfilled in your current career, at risk of losing jobs due to technology advancement and/or organisational downsizing, experiencing a lot of stress due to uncertainty and doubts about what the next step it is going to be, wasting time in never-ending research and analysis of more desirable options, feeling vulnerable and unprepared while facing the risk of losing the current position, getting caught in destructive habits while the current position no longer offers meaning or challenge or simply said, your current position no longer fits with your current lifestyle and circumstance. We work together for 3 months, in six 60-minutes sessions plus two follow-up meetings to discuss progress and issues as they arise. We are co-creating the agenda which may include an initial assessment, clarifying goals, exploring possibilities, identifying and overcoming internal and external challenges, designing action plan, crafting your message, creating an image that goes with the message, reviewing action plan and support through execution. As result of our work together, you are better prepared intellectually and emotionally for making the change, you are supported along the process, you are more likely to achieve job satisfaction, challenge, and growth. Along the process, you explore the intersection of your talents, passions, and the marketplace, decide on direction, you learn to communicate your value by aligning your language, your appearance, your behavior, and have the essentials in place (such as resume, cover letters, target list).

Rescheduling & Cancelling

You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
