This is a starter pack for those who want to kick-start motivation and weed through conflicting health information. Get started on the right foot. You will receive a 10% discount from the regular rate. This package consists of three 30 minute sessions. You will also have unlimited access to me between sessions to ask questions and improve accountability throughout the week. I will also review your food journal and goal log prior to each of our meetings. We will set-up re-occurring weekly meetings. All sessions must be redeemed within 2 months.
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session. This free 15 minute introductory session will give us an opportunity to meet each other and determine if we are a good fit. It is important for you to be comfortable with your coach so this provides an opportunity to learn a little more about me and ask me any questions you wish. We will also chat about your overall, end goal and what you wish to get out of the coaching sessions so I can provide a game plan and road map for moving forward.

One 30 minute session to explore your high level goal and begin the exploratory process of uncovering underlying beliefs and values and how they relate to your goal. By the end of the session, we will have a rough outline of the immediate process goals you want to work on to help you reach your ultimate end goal. We will explore your current situation, opportunities, and barriers and begin to develop strategies to overcome barriers. We will also identify one habit that you can begin developing immediately.
