practice mindfulness not only as a sitting practice but as a skill, you can return to in the humdrums of your day. The 7 weeks program is as follow: Week 1 – Introduction to mindfulness and the SHF technique Week 2 – Feeling rest with Mindfulness Week 3 – Bringing mindfulness to routine tasks Week 4 – Experiencing flow state via Mindfulness Week 5 – Developing Your Inner Spontaneity Week 6 – Mindfulness With The Magic of Music Week 7 – Application Of Mindfulness in Opportunities and Adversities
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
