By using the tool VALUE.online we explore together your personal values, where they come from, which are your top prioritized values and how can you live and act more through them. The outcome is often that you become more clear about who you are and where you come from, confident to communicate who you are and your values to yourself and others, which make other people perceive you as more credible. A fantastic basis for trust and trusting relationships in life in general and at work in particular. Duration of sessions 1-3 are 2,5 hrs, sessions 4-5 are 1,5 hrs.

I am a leadership trainer, group developer, ICF Associate Certified Coach and communicologist who have helped individuals and groups increase their performance and well being since 1999. No matter which position you hold, there are great possibilities for you to grow faster and more effectively with the help of a coach. I am also a top athlete who believes that the corporate world and the world of sports have a lot in common. Let's take advantage of that!
Coaching method / approach
Transformation can be fast - if we do the work properly. That is why I offer packages of maximum 5 sessions at the time. I am happy to suggest exercises that really stimulates brain power, like visualizations, breathing exercises, walk and talks, guided meditation and many more.
Notes / Remarks
Don't be surprised if I ask you questions about your exercise habits as our physical wellbeing has such a great effect on our work performance.
