Discovery Session - Leadership Coaching
This session is included in the main Executive Leadership Coaching package.
After getting to know each other, we'll explore what the broad strokes of working together would look like. Based on what you want to achieve as a leader and who you want to be as a human being, we'll set initial goals, objectives, and themes for a continued coaching process.
We'll conclude with a mutual decision on whether we feel comfortable, ready, and inspired to work together going forward.
Executive Leadership Coaching - Leadership Coaching
Coaching for leaders to reach higher levels of performance, alignment, and effectiveness.
We will address 1) where you are today, 2) what you want to achieve, and 3) what's in the way. Through deep and transformational 1-on-1 sessions, we'll explore your highest potential as a leader and we'll uncover any core, underlying patterning and beliefs that get in the way. With each session we'll strive for greater alignment between your "being" (your presence and who you are) and your "doing" (what you do).
Every session will conclude by turning your new insights into committed action, so that you continuously expand the edge of your personal and professional frontier.
The typical frequency is 2 sessions per month. You'll have access to supporting tools to document and structure your insights, goals, and actions.

Coaching method / approach
The coaching process is a deep dive into who you are. It’s an inquiry into your beliefs, assumptions, and identity. And it’s a reconnection with the parts of you needed to thrive and flourish. The goals will vary. But it’s always about reaching new levels of performance, integrity, fulfillment, and freedom – and all with a fraction of the struggle and effort than you initially thought. The coaching will support you in: 1) NAVIGATION. Connecting with your underlying desires, to move forward with a sense of adventure and conviction. 2) SUBTRACTION. Removing layer by layer of resistance, to give your creativity, intuition, and vitality the space to roam free. 3) INTEGRATION. Aligning your professional and personal selves into a whole and strengthened human being. 4) RESTORATION. Reconnecting with blocked or hidden parts of you to unlock energy, insight, and action.
