In this program, you discover what you need to change, learn and let go to reduce stress in your life and use free energy to do what you like to do. During the program, you reactivate old and train new skills for stress resilience and stress reduction. The ultimate goal is to make de-stress skills as strong as the habits.

About me

About me

I have worked in a very stressful environment since the start of my career as a lawyer. To cope with the stress, I started practicing yoga more than 20 years ago. Since 2018 I am coaching and training people to become resilient, de-stress quickly, and direct the liberated energy to reach their goals.

Coaching method / approach

My method is based on the idea that when we want to create a life we want to live, we have to change our habits. Coaching helps you discover precisely what you want, what needs to be changed, and how you can do it. For many of my clients, the transformation happened with the habits change. To facilitate the transformation, I am using the habit formation approach, which was inspired by the mini-habit method.
