Assessments on-line, A Start-up meeting of 2 hrs, 8 hrs follow on coaching, 1 hr evaluation at the end of the program, 1 hr follow up 3 months after program termination.

Assessments on-line, Start-up meeting 3 hrs, 14 follow on coaching hrs, 2 hrs evaluation (1 hr after 3 months and 1 hr at the end of the program), 1 hr follow up 3 months after program termination.

Assessments on-line, Start-up meeting 3 hrs, 20 follow on coaching hrs, 4 hrs evaluation (1 hr after 3 months, 1 hr after 6 months, 1 hr after 9 months and 1 hr at the end of the program), 1 hr follow up 3 months after program termination.

Coaching speciality details
I have coached clients in various areas such as career development, talent and leadership development, leadership team alignment, global and cross-cultural issues and executive business coaching. My areas of expertise include leadership impact, developing more authentic leadership, first 100 days, work-life balance, delegating and empowering, female leaders and entrepreneurs. I have profound experience from Sales & marketing as well as Talent Management. I also have long experience from using assessments as part of the coaching program which gives the client a fast track to insight about their strengths and potential pitfalls which then give valuable clues to the focus areas for the coaching period.
I have some 20 years’ experience of working within the IT industry, 10 of which were spent at IBM. I have held positions primarily within sales & marketing and product management but also experienced leadership positions. My last employment was with Hudson Sweden as Director Talent Management. The last 10 years I have been coaching leaders at different levels, from first line managers to top executives/CEOs, at different stages in their careers and with different coaching needs. Clients have come from different industries such as manufacturing, construction, IT, media and pharma - often in large global companies. As a person and coach I am goal and business oriented, straight forward, strategic and creative and I am not afraid of challenging my clients, thus enabling them to unleash their potential, reach their goals and develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy coaching clients with issues of high complexity, challenging situations, strategic change processes and with high expectations on result. I have long experience of using assessment tools at the start of my coaching assignments.
Coaching method / approach
I work with well structured and packaged programs. The two different types of programs I offer can involve the client only or involve his/her manager/HR as participants in setting goals and follow up on the progress. The standard prepackaged programs are 3, 6 or 12 months long but I can of course also tailor the programs to the clients need, time frame and/or budget. The programs always start with 2 assessments, personality and motivation which the client fills out on-line. In our start-up session the client will get feedback about the result and we will have a lengthy dialogue about what the implications of the assessment result will mean for the client. Very good reports will be given to the client to take home with development tips for the future. Different types of report are available, for example a Leadership potential report which is a very good founding stone for insights about the client's potential leadership type and where this can be applied to it's best fit. I am a certified ICF coach and use the ICF coaching competencies in my work. I also have a network of other consultants available to use if and when the client has special needs which an expert is best suited to handle, for example if the client needs special "training" in communication I have a rhetorics consultant who can help out.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and languages (English and German) from the University of Lund. Additional professional training includes IBM Sales school, IBM leadership training and IFL Management Training. I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), holds a PCC coaching diploma and is member of ICF Global as well as ICF chapter Sweden. I am a Certified Assessor and Lead Assessor from Hudson Global Resources. and accredited user of Hudson tools for talents and 360 survey, certified in “The Wave” and Swift Aptitude tests from Saville Consulting, "WorkPlace Big Five Profile" from Paradigm Personality Labs, CCL 360 suite and "FIRO-B" from OPP.
