About Me

About myself & my experience

I am an experienced and accredited bi-lingual Executive Coach through the International Coaching Federation ICF with more than 750 hours of coaching. For over 18 years of experience specializing in leadership development, talent management, career planning, and professional executive coaching. I have enhanced individuals' professional and personal capabilities leading to lasting success for them and adding value to the organizations they work for. I have worked with leading multi-national, local and government organizations within diverse arenas and cultures where I developed an agile approach, which focuses on the achievement of strategic objectives both for the individual and the organization. As an Associate Certified Coach, I have pursued a particular interest in coaching from Senior executives to individuals stepping up the career ladder and taking on new leadership roles. I employed a highly empathic and encouraging approach yet unafraid to challenge when required. This provided a positive springboard for aspiring individuals to develop their leadership capabilities and to move forward on a personal and professional level. Holding an additional interest in supporting the development of leaders by working with them to develop their own coaching skills. I have also designed and executed Leadership Development Programmes to assist organizations in building their pipeline of talented future leaders who are more grounded and confident.

My coaching method & approach

I believe in the power of self-awareness. Insights, gained through self-reflection within the context of a coaching relationship, are key catalysts in creating effectiveness, confidence, and contentment at work. I have always been passionate about helping others to achieve personal growth, accept themselves and appreciate the impact they have on their wider relationships both personally and professionally. I usually start with a chemistry/discovery session for a couple of hours and then leave it to the client to decide how many coaching sessions they are looking for putting into consideration is that I would agree on a minimum of 5 coaching hours.

I have a particular interest in developing people, both through one on one coaching as well as through behavioural feedback arising from development centres.
