My mission is to support my clients to thrive at work, because I know how fulfilling it can be when our work life is how we want it and aligned with who we truly are. AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP COACHING I’m truly passionate about working with leaders who want to develop and enhance their own authentic leadership style, perform at their best and engage their team, all in a way that’s exactly aligned with who they are. Ideal for discovering your best qualities and developing strategies to implement your strengths more consistently at work.

The VIA Survey has been developed by psychologists and social scientists and is based on theories of positive psychology - “...the scientific study of the strengths that enable individuals and communities to thrive.” (University of Penn)

The Survey defines our innate core character strengths and is thus different from our talent strengths (innate abilities), interests (what we like to do), skills (proficiencies we develop), and strengths of resources (external supports). 

Here’s what to expect from Developing Strengths Strategies:
- We’ll either start with a Consultation, so that you can share with me your current challenge and I can explain how the VIA Character Strengths survey works. Or perhaps you already know that you’d like to do the survey, and once you’ve made your payment, I’ll send you your login details by email.
- The VIA Character Strengths survey takes about 15 minutes and you will be doing it online.
- Once you’ve completed the assessment, I’ll send you your comprehensive report, which details: insights into your core Signature Strengths; the latest research about each of your Signature Strengths; tips on how to dial up your Signature Strengths; a ranked list of all of your 24 strengths.
- Finally, during your 60 minute strategy session we’ll discuss your results, work together on an action plan to move you forward and I’ll check in on your progress with a 20 minute call a few weeks later.

About Me

About myself & my experience

My desire to help individuals thrive at work stems from challenges that I’ve experienced throughout my own career. From these challenges, I I’vehave discovered and implemented effective solutions and now seek to support others to do the same. I am so happy to have found a career that is absolutely in alignment with my personal values, strengths and talentsinterests. I gain so much energy, joy and satisfaction from coaching others and observing as my clients benefit from the process. I have more than 15 years of coaching experience: senior leaders to CEO level in my former Communications and Engagement roles; and individuals with their career challenges, as an in-house Career Coach and in my coaching practice. I’ve seen first-hand the incredible transformative results that coaching can have. My clients, who are located worldwide, have all achieved results that were beyond their expectations. I’ve also experienced many hours as a coaching client, and have made positive life-changing decisions as a result. I’ll continue to work with my own wonderful coaches who support me to be the best version of myself.

My coaching method & approach

My style of coaching is holistic, structure, solution-focused and values and strengths-based. My clients have described my coaching style as warm, supportive and empathetic. I apply positive psychology and evidence-based practices to every coaching session and encourage my clients to utilise their strengths to find solutions to meet their goals. We'll start with a free 30-minute initial consultation where you can share your goals, make sure we are the right fit to work together and discuss the best package or product to meet your needs. Then I'll create a tailored coaching plan to help you to move towards your goals. This will include elements such as values, strengths and psychometric assessments. Each session will be 60 minutes long and we will regularly review your progress towards your goals. I’m continually striving to ensure the standard of service that I provide to my clients is of the highest quality, so I regularly request feedback on my coaching services to maintain this standard of excellence and work regularly with a qualified coaching supervisor.
