My coaching speciality

I specialise in overall life coaching as I believe that everything we do is connected. Our actions and thoughts affect all areas of our lives and once we understand ourselves better, we can start to make better choices and commit to improving our habits and actions. When we don't know what we want, we say yes to things that we don't want to take on and we close the door on opportunities that could be life changing. The "stuckness" that we all experience at some point needs nudging and poking to move and make way for the path forward - I specialise in getting to the root of the stuckness and helping to massage it out.

Meet-and-Greet - For Individuals

The coaching relationship requires an understanding and a trust between coach and client. This first intro session will allow us to to meet and to see if we gel. We'll use this session to discuss what you are hoping to gain from coaching as well as to talk about the process and what to expect if you embark on the coaching journey.

A Coaching Conversation (recurring clients) - For Individuals, Life Coaching / Setting & Reaching Life Goals, Reaching Full Potential Coaching, Habit Change Coaching

1 session, 1h 00

An ad hoc session which can be used to unpack a current dilemma, or work through a blocker that has come up. This is only for clients who have previously completed a coaching series with me.

A Coaching Series (6 Sessions) - For Individuals

6 sessions, 1h 00 each

An individualised series of coaching sessions which starts with us identifying what you would like to achieve by the end of the series, setting expectations and laying the groundwork for the coaching journey.

We will spend the sessions following a tried-and-tested process to dig deep, unpack, experiment with new thoughts, play with new (or old) ideas, unpack old habits, build foundations for new habits, challenge beliefs that lead to behaviours that no longer serve you and open up your mind to new possibilities.

Each sessions will flow through reflections, insights and actions that allow you to gain maximum value from the work you will be doing.

We'll schedule sessions 2-3 weeks apart to ensure that you have time to process the work that comes out of each session.

About myself & my experience

I am a generalist and a life coach. I have spent 19 years in an operational role in small, global businesses with a focus on people development. I believe strongly in coaching and the huge positive effect it can have on people who participate in the journey. I love listening to people and believe that everyone has the capacity to unravel their problems and get to a place where they are fulfilled.

My coaching method & approach

I take a neuroscience-based approach to coaching which is a structured process, holding a safe space to explore thoughts and ideas but ensuring that there are positive, actionable outcomes.
