We start by exploring where you are in your life, where you want to be, and what might be standing in your way. We will dig a bit deeper beneath the surface and get curious to find out more. The more you know yourself, the more choices you have. In my coaching approach I also draw on other methods in which I am trained. This includes Mindful Self Compassion; Whole Body Focusing, Positive Psychology; Voice Dialogues, among others. By working with me, you can learn to manage your stress , build leadership presence, find greater self-acceptance and to be more true to yourself. I would be honored to accompany and guide you on your own unique journey.

This session gives us the chance to check each other out and to see if we will make a good coaching partnership. You will learn more about me and the approach that I take and I will learn more about you and the issues you want to work on.

Before signing up to a longer package this a one off session so that you get to experience my coaching style to help you decide if you would like to embark on a longer program with me.
My approach to coaching is very much about taking small steps to achieve lasting change and this offered as a first small step to help you on your journey.
Standalone Individual session - For Individuals, Leadership & Executive Coaching
This singular session is if you have one small specific issue that you want to discuss or as a follow up to a longer program.
Tackle Stress and Build Resiliency Coaching - Stress & Burnout Coaching
Stress is a physiological response to a challenging situation. Its part of a healthy response to get a bit stressed, but if you have too much stress in your life it can become a problem.
This program is for you if you have to deal with chronic stress, if you worry a lot, or if you get overactive or are easily irritable.
This program can help you to manage your stress responses better. We look at what is creating the stress in your life and what you can do to reduce it. We also learn specific and concrete tools that can help you to calm yourself down in the moment itself. You will have these tools for the rest of your life.
The aim of this package is to help you build resources to manage stress and to reduce unnecessary stress in your life, and to build your resiliency.
You may receive homework between sessions and I will be available for off line support.
Deep Dive Coaching - For Individuals, Leadership & Executive Coaching
Are you feeling just a bit stuck? Maybe you struggle with difficult colleagues or in personal relationships. Maybe you feel stuck in a rut that you don't find your way out of. Maybe you don't seem to get your career off the ground.
Are you willing to take a deeper look at what is happening?
Are you willing to take action to get some different results?
Are you ready to take small steps to move things in the good direction?
If you answer Yes to these questions, this package could help you move your life forwards . These sessions will run over 3 - 6 months to give you time to work towards sustainable change . The program may include homework assignments, for example reflective journaling, and reading . We may also try small experiments to test a new way of being in the world.

I have been working as a coach since 2016. As well as coaching, my work is guided by a range of approaches, in which I am trained. This includes Focusing, Voice Dialogues, and Mindful Self Compassion, among others. I have also been engaged in my own personal and professional development for over thirty years. This work has given me a deeper acceptance of myself, which helps me in how I am in relationship with other people. It has also assisted me to get more out of my life. I feel happier and I am easier to be around. This compassionate approach informs my work as a coach, and is part of what I offer my clients.
Coaching method / approach
Everything I do as a coach is in service of helping you gain awareness, because awareness brings more choice, and choice brings freedom. I support you to make better choices, based on what you are now learning about yourself, and to follow through on what matters to you. This can help you to express more of your potential and to become happier. In working with me, we agree the goals that you want to set for yourself. The coaching work may be supported by assignments that we agree together . This might include reflective journaling, reading, and small experiments to assist your growth and learning. I use a variety of coaching methods in which I am trained including Developmental Coaching, Transformational Coaching, Conscious Business Coaching, and Evidenced Based Coaching. I also draw on tools from other disciplines in which I am trained. This includes: Mindful Self Compassion; Positive Psychology; Voice Dialogues and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, among others. Additionally I am Certified Focusing Guide and Trainer. This work can help you to get a deeper understanding of yourself based on how you feel in your body, support you to stay calm in difficult situations, and to build a stronger belief in yourself.
