Besides being Professional Co-Active Professional Coach by CTI and ACC by ICF, recently I have been certified as Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coach. By offering my client Mental Fitness program (it is included in Coaching Package) I help them developing trained Mental Fitness muscles , so they will be able to reach peak Performance at their work, improve the Relationships they have and experience Peace of mind. I work with aspiring leaders in business, science and technology to unblock their saboteurs and unlock their exceptional potential, be authentic, impactful and successful, and live a joyful and fulfilling life. The Mental Fitness & Wellbeing programme helps to recognise the fears (Saboteur voices) that hold you back, but also train the brain muscles so you can start seeing gifts and opportunities in every situation. So it is not about reacting to the circumstances, but creating from them. I believe that if we train our brain in this way it will change the whole world of work, radically and for the better, and improve all our relationships. About Me

About myself & my experience

I am Relationship & Mental Fitness Leadership Coach (Certified - ACC, CPCC) for individuals and teams in Business & Academia. I have 15 years background of International Business Corporate Experience, MBA from Rotterdam School of Management (RSM). I am Co-founder & Co-Leader of the Mental Fitness Leadership program for Ph.d. and MBA Candidates in Tech universities and International Business Schools. Originally I am from Ukraine, and more than 8 years I am living in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Through coaching and leading the programs I am taking my clients through the experiential transformative adventure that they never did before. In this journey I help them to remove their limited beliefs and craft their own goals with the sense of ease, happiness and joy. I also work with Corporate and University teams by coaching their systems and guiding them through any change in their work in order to move forward in the chosen direction.

My coaching method & approach

Being open, authentic and vulnerable I went through several career changes on my Path, found what I am really passionate about - coaching, created the life I really want for Myself, and now I am helping others to create the life they want. Through my private coaching practice and adventure programs, I worked with hundreds of clients around the world to help them step into who they truly are. I combine intuitive guidance with experiential transformative learning and coaching skills from Co-Active coaching (CTI), System Relationships Coaching principles (ORSC), Positive Intelligence research (PQ) and CTI Leadership model. That unique blend of skills together with my experience and full presence help clients to break free of old limiting beliefs and patterns, awaken and embody their true, authentic self and rise into their Power. I offer first complimentary coaching session for individuals or partnerships. And I guarantee that in the end of even one sample session you could already start getting clarity on your topic and will be challenged to do the action that will move you forward to their goal.

Notes / Remarks

Besides coaching I am also offering Akashic Records Reading and/or Healing. This is something I am not offering to every coaching client, only for those who are open to receive some spiritual guidance. If you choose package of 6 coaching sessions, 1-2 could be Akashic Records reading/healing. The Akashic records session is different from a coaching one. When clients comes to me for coaching we create courageous and safe space where I ask them questions. And as a coach I do not have an answer, because it is for my clients to discover their truth, to step into their inner wisdom which we call as Inner voice, Inner Leader, Sage, etc,. As human beings we do not normally slowdown to ask ourselves those kind of questions. And if we still do, it is difficult to recognize that resonant answer, as normally there are so many voices in our heads, and most of them are hold us back instead of moving forward. So as a coach I help my clients to do that: to connect with themselves, to hold the space so they could access their awareness. And I make them accountable for the actions they are committed to do in order move forward with sense of empowerment from the place where they are now to the place they want to be as a result (their goal, their dream). When the clients come to me for the Akashic Records consultation/healing, we are going through the process of opening up their records through simple breathing meditation and prayer process. When I open the records my primary channel of receiving information is clairvoyance. So I share with them what images I have been shown, what is happening for them and what is the guidance, and then we can dive in whatever questions they have. By sharing the information I help create a sense of meaning and understanding for them of some things or experiences that they feel stuck, that they do not necessary understand and I offer much larger perspective for them. The whole process of being with the Records could be already healing, or we specifically ask for healing.
