This is an initial 30-minute conversation to get to know each other and discover if we are a good match as coachee and coach. It is also an opportunity to ask questions about the coaching process.

Integrative Coaching includes a holistic model where we explore all domains of life such as health, relationships, and work. At each session, a topic or issue is explicitly identified and we dive into the topic for that session. We explore underlying issues, design actions, plan and set goals.

Integrative Coaching includes a holistic model where we explore all domains of life such as health, relationships, and work. At each session, a topic or issue is explicitly identified and we dive into the topic for that session. We explore underlying issues, design actions, plan and set goals. This package includes three individual one-hour coaching sessions as well as follow-up calls and emails in between sessions to manage progress and accountability.

My work with clients includes a broad spectrum of issues such as adjusting to new environments, parenting, stressful relationships, difficult work situations, cross-cultural transitions, ex-pat coaching, repatriation and transitioning to new educational settings. I have more than 21 years of experience working in international educational settings across seven countries.

I am a life coach based in Denver, Colorado and see clients in Zürich, Switzerland as well. I have a passion for working with clients across a broad spectrum of issues, helping people who are experiencing life challenges and transitions.
Coaching method / approach
My coaching is grounded in modern neuroscience and positive psychology. I use a mindfulness-based, integrative, heart-centered approach which brings a sense of calm and peace to the present – building conscious and sustainable change. My work focuses on the present, develops attention, and brings conscious awareness to life-situations.
Notes / Remarks
I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and have advanced coach training with inviteChange in Washington. I am a graduate of the Newfield Network Certified Coach Training Program in Boulder, Colorado and have had Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Training (MBSR) in Zürich, Switzerland. I hold a Masters of Education degree from the University of Vermont. I am available for in-person sessions in Denver, Colorado and various times throughout the year in Zürich, Switzerland. Sessions with clients are also available virtually or by phone.
