About Me
About myself & my experience
I help overloaded leaders to regain their energy, peace and confidence. I work a lot with leaders from family owned businesses, which tend operate differently from large corporations. Relationships play an essential role, along with with trust, sustainability, and stability. My clients are usually experts in their fields and result orientated. By improving their leadership skills they inspire others and become effective leaders. I have 20 years of experience in strategic and managerial positions. Last 7 years I dedicated to coaching and business consulting.
My coaching method & approach
I use Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) techniques that create an environment for natural flow and will always reveal something new for you. Coaching allows you to understand the wider context of issues, and life will begin to make more sense. It will enable you to step back from things that are happening around you, and to come up with different solutions that you might not otherwise be able to see.
