About Me
About myself & my experience
For over a decade I have coached social justice activists and facilitating leadership development. I bring a unique set of cross-disciplinary experience covering business, systems design, activism, leadership mentoring, spirituality, organisational growth, financial management, and personal formation. I co-founded a pan-African leadership development initiative, Amahoro Africa, and a global leadership development initiative, Inspired Community. I established Strategic Impact, a consultancy based in Africa and Europe and am the co-founder of Greater Good, a new venture based in the United States.
My coaching method & approach
I developed my own coaching methodology that is flexible and visual. Mentoring sessions are often offered around the world in full day (and even longer) engagements.
