Charlene Birk has 25+ years of combined experience in the hospitality, banking, and service industry providing legendary customer service. With vigorous coach training experience and an organizational leadership degree in psychology, she is actively building 800+ coaching hours working with professionals in the arts, IT, finance, medicine as well as small business owners who want to maximize their self-leadership growth. She believes that leveraging individual experience and knowledge are essential to organizational, personnel, and personal growth. Currently, working with a retail bank, Capital One as a Money Coach providing money coaching, workshop, coach training and creating training curriculum. I have a master's degree in Organizational Development Psychology. I received my coach training from the University of Miami and have coached over 500 hours. I also earned my undergrad in psychology at Arizona State University.

I earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I received professional coach training from the University of Miami and accredited by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. I am also certified to administer personality and behavioral assessments and certified Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator.

My coaching method & approach

Establishing rapport and trust is the beginning of coaching relationship. Success is strongly linked with the amount of effort you are willing to commit and most of the work is outside of the "coaching session." You are not alone, as your coach you have someone who will cheer you on, will tell you the difficult truth with no judgments, bounce ideas with, who is a trained professional listener, and someone who is completely committed to your success. Expect to have an accountability partner, a coaching agreement, and coaching related forms. Some of the programs include assessments and have over 100+ coaching assessments.
