About Me
About myself & my experience
I have 42 years experience in the finance world, and in 2013 I took early retirement to pursue my passion of working with people by way of Coaching, Facilitation, Mentoring and Training. I saw this as a way of recyling myself as opposed to retiring and I am now living my true purpose.
My coaching method & approach
I use the Consciousness Coaching Model, which is an advanced methodology of coaching that creates shifts in a client's consiousness, leaving them empowered to create a self-designed destiny. Both I and the client work from a Coaching Protocol for each session, which starts with (1) Context building for the client to "get" it - check-in, assignments set in the previous session integrity check, sharing of what has opened up since the last session. (2) Content handling in order to put the client in the position of creator - Goal setting and Coaching content. (3) Bridge Building to the next session - Assignments, Session Nugget, checking client complete.
Notes / Remarks
I Undertake Coach Mentoring sessions with Consciousness Coaching Academy on a regular basis; I provide Mentoring support where required for key clients; I perform roleplays for student coaches as required as I am a qualified Coach of Student Coaches; I undertake Team Effectiveness/Collaboration Facilitation/Training/Coaching for business clients.
