I am a flow (positive psychology) coach, specialised in working with high-potential professionals who are struggling to get from point A to B in some areas of their lives. They are either unsure of what B means or not sure how to get started. The focus of the coaching program is on defining what B means, eliminating the barriers between A and B then getting into ACTION mode to make substantial progress throughout the 16 weeks.

This initial discovery session provides an opportunity to discuss what you are looking to change or create in your life with the help of coaching. We discuss what coaching is and what your desired outcomes are. This session will help you decide whether you think coaching & I personally can serve your purpose in designing and creating your next chapter.
Personal Strategy Workshop - Life Coaching / Setting & Reaching Life Goals, Reaching Full Potential Coaching, Habit Change Coaching
In this 2-hour-long session by using the Wheel of Life assessment tool, we look at your current level of state and satisfaction with the different aspects of life and define where you are heading to in each. We design together your personal strategy choices through enhanced self-awareness, motivation, and creative planning. We identify where most progress needs to happen. Specific goals are identified to achieve long-term positive shift & goals are translated into immediate, real-life actions.

In personal strategy coaching we design together your life choices through increased self-awareness, motivation, and creative planning. We look into the different aspects of life and see where most progress needs to happen. Specific goals are identified to achieve long-term positive shift & goals are translated to immediate, real-life actions. The focus is on ACTIONS and daily PROGRESS = being able to execute your plan, as well as monitor and learn from your progress.
My unique coaching approach combines elements of coaching, positive psychology, positive intelligence, and strategic performance management.
Included in the program:
- 8 coaching sessions (60min each, bi-weekly)
- 8 check-ins between sessions (via WhatsApp / other messaging app)
- Wheel of life assessment in 1st & last sessions to set targets & measure progress
At the end of the program, you will have in writing:
- your personal strategy choices & targets,
- your implementation plan for the next phase with milestones and daily actions,
- your plan for regular monitoring & learning to keep the momentum going after the coaching program.

I hold the coaching sessions on Zoom mostly but open to use other platforms as per my Client's preference. It is also possible to have voice-only sessions also if that works better for you.
Actionability and personal strategy coach based in the Netherlands, offering virtual and in-person sessions. My mission is to help my Clients to reach their full potential by rethinking their personal strategy choices and turning them into reality by switching on their ACTION mode. Originally from Hungary, having lived in the Middle East and now in the Netherlands, my qualifications include a Master's degree in economics, a post-graduate diploma in design thinking & innovation, 15 years of international corporate expertise in operational management, strategy, performance management as well as Flow (positive psychology based) Coach and Associate Certified Coach qualifications.
Coaching method / approach
In my approach, I combine elements of strategy and performance management with the principles of coaching. I believe that building a positive shift in our lives has 3 key elements: - 1. THE RIGHT STRATEGY (what is B?): Developing the right strategy for you (in terms of career, lifestyle, physical environment, etc.) - yes, deliberately I did not say the BEST strategy as many times finding the best means we get lost in our research of the different available options for a long period of time without taking actual actions. We will instead focus on finding the RIGHT strategy which you can commit to for a long time. - 2. ACTIONABILITY: Being able to execute the right strategy through daily actions - forming HABITS and ensuring daily PROGRESS. Without consistent actions, there is no habit and no significant progress. This is true for all areas of development in life. Therefore, by building your actionability muscle, you will be able to gain self-confidence and a way to deal with many challenges in your life, whether in private or business. - 3. MONITORING & LEARNING: From time to time, taking a birds-eye-view to measure the impact of your actions. As the saying goes, "What doesn't get measured, doesn't get done." - It is important to have a plan for how you can keep your focus on action and progress. As a bonus to my program, I offer 2 x 30mins follow-up sessions 3 and 6 months after finishing the program. This is to keep your momentum going and for me to be able to see how far you've got (which is the best part of coaching!!:) ).
