A set of 3 sessions (1 hour each, between June 2023 and March 2024) at a very reduced rate for pre-selected clients who have already agreed to serve as case studies in my work towards obtaining the PCC qualification. (The expectation is for each PCC Case Study Client to book at least 12 sessions).

A single session for recurring clients who prefer "pay-as-you-go".

A package of 3 1-hour sessions to address an immediate / short-term concern. This package is ideal if you're looking for basic support to start dismantling perceived stumbling blocks, or if you wish to become "unstuck".

With 6 coaching sessions of 1 hour each across 12-14 weeks, this package is for individuals wishing to address immediate concerns while being empowered to work towards lasting positive change. The coaching will encourage co-creation of insights. Between-session activities of self-observation, once-off exercises or gradually introduced practices will support the client's development.
This package is ideal if you want to begin exploring new ways of functioning to achieve different outcomes for yourself. You may learn to improve relationships, reduce stress and improve well-being, or make better, self-directed choices in your career or private life.

For clients who wish to turn initial improvements into lasting changes in their Way of Being in the world. This package offers a deepening of the coaching practice to include meaningful work to promote self-authored futures.
This package follows the same structure as the 6-session "New Ways" package above, but after the initial 6 sessions, a slower pace with more time between sessions will give space for new insights to settle and new thinking to become entrenched. This normally creates powerful opportunities for the unfolding of the Self.
