My coaching method & approach
My approach? An initial pro bono session to explore aspirations of the client. This is also a good time to discover what we each bring to the coaching partnership and whether we are fairly good match for one another. My focus is on you, the client, allowing you to name what you want to achieve during the coaching session. When vision is clear, then a path forward is easier to design to obtain that vision. Each session is designed to support the outcomes that you the client are looking to achieve.
