About myself & my experience

Thanks for viewing my profile. Here is a little bit about me!

I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 14 years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach. I am also an accomplished runner, having run the Boston Marathon and competed on the United States Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, Marathon Team.

I specialize in fat loss for women, endurance and strength training for women, and behavior and lifestyle modifications which equate to lifelong, permanent results and saying goodbye forever to yo-yo dieting.

My hobbies include running, teaching fitness and spending time traveling around the world with my husband and daughter.

My coaching method & approach

My coaching method is hands on and specific. No two people are the same, therefore no two people should follow the same diet and exercise plan. Most people fail to see results because they are following a plan written for someone else. I coach each person as an individual with individual needs, goals and expectations.
