About me

About myself & my experience

I feel privileged to work in a profession that I find immensely satisfying and inspiring. For me there is huge enjoyment in working with people to help them overcome their hurdles and step up to a higher level of engagement within their work and life.
I have been coaching since 2006 and gained my PCC accreditation in 2016. Previously I ran my own catering businesses for 17 years and before that I taught Maths to secondary school students.
I have 3 grown up children, a great husband, a dog and a cat.
I feel fortunate to have a full and good life!

My coaching method & approach

As an accredited member of International coach federation, I base my coaching on the ICF core competencies. I work in partnership with my clients without judgement or advice, recognising that the client is resourceful and that their own solutions will be the most useful to them. Sessions are individually tailored to the client where methods and tools are designed around the client and their needs.
