Typically my clients are in leadership, from mid-managers to the most seasoned CEOs.
I have spent a good portion of my career developing leaders and have at my disposal many tools and assessments, which I find helpful in speeding up the process of getting to the desired state.

About myself & my experience
I believe people should live on the corner of success and happiness.In 2013, I became a coach to help individuals and teams define success for themselves and build strategies to help them achieve those goals. Just as importantly, defining and understanding happiness leads to a life well lived.
Leading up to choosing to coach as my profession, I attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Psychology degree and a master's in Human Resources. I spent the next 20+ years in HR and had the opportunity to be an executive with a bank.

The most important thing I can do for my clients is provide a space for them to think about themselves and their lives differently, and to help them develop a change plan that will get them to where they want to be holding them accountable and celebrating success along the way. Often the transformation comes between sessions, which is why I encourage my clients to take away an assignment, or two something that will clearly move them to the desired outcome. Along with all this serious work, we may have a laugh and a little fun along the way.Along with face-to-face or virtual scheduled coaching sessions, my clients have unlimited access via email, text, and phone when needed.
