As your coach, I don't look at whats wrong, or ever see something to "fix." Instead, I look at where you are and hold you to an expanded vision: you in all your potential. A nuanced difference, for some, the approach creates a platform for the most powerful change and desired transformation. I believe anything is possible, it just takes new, expanded thinking and it's my role to create that platform and space for growth.

About myself & my experience

After nearly a decade of working in New York, I found myself dissatisfied. I felt as if I was going through the motions - doing what I was supposed to do - without a bigger driving force or a greater purpose. When my father passed, I was forced to look at my life through a different lens. It was then (and with focused work) that I connected to my purpose: to support and empower others to live their biggest and best lives.

In 2015 I left New York to create I AM Living - a business whose mission is wake up those ready to take control of their lives.

I am CTI and ICF certified. Other trainings include BeAbove Leadership Training (neuroscience-based), Leadership Circle and more. I am committed to my own growth and continue to train intensively every year. As I learn and grow, I get to offer my clients even more.

It is my role and goal to get you what you "actionably" want. What that looks like is different for each and every client, but what remains the same, is my drive and desire to support you, my curiosity, my ability to hear and see things from a unique scope.

My coaching method & approach

I work primarily in the Co-Active model, which holds that each client already knows the answer, even if they cannot see them immediately. I serve as a support, guide and proverbial flashlight to illuminate otherwise dark or obfuscated corners and to move my clients beyond self-imposed limitations.

As a Leadership Development coach, I work with the LCP - Leadership Circle Profile, which is the first and only truly universal Leadership Development tool that combines the best research in the fields of leadership development, psychology, and adult development.

From the assessment, clients get to start at a "break-through" point for further growth and coaching, revealed through the use of the assessment tool.

In addition to my coach certifications and trainings, I hold a Masters and extensive work experience in New York City and the corporate sectors. This lens supports my executive and entrepreneurial clients.
