During this 6-session customised coaching programme we will have different type of conversations in each of the first 3 sessions - starting with a conversation for understanding, then for possibility and lastly for action. The remaining 3 sessions are for you to integrate your development practice into your daily life in order to reach and potentially sustain your goals.
These sessions are scheduled 1-2 weeks apart allowing for self-correction and self-generation between sessions in order for you to build competence/capacity.

Throughout my career in the corporate and creative sector I was informally coaching people through various stages of their careers and mine. My quest for my personal and professional wellbeing, combined with my passion for people, is what drew me to coaching. I am curious about my clients and find nothing more rewarding than seeing them thrive.

My coaching method & approach

My integral and holistic approach to coaching offers individuals and teams support to understand their circumstances, overcome their problems, and progress toward their goals and dreams.
I work with clients to regain control of their confidence, relationships, careers, and even their lives. Coaching can help transform people’s wellbeing. Happier, more balanced, and fulfilled individuals thrive within the family, workplace, and as members of society.

Notes / Remarks

Before certifying as a coach I studied Food Technology and worked in the corporate sector while training as a dancer. Throughout my 25-year career in the creative sector where I worked as manager, mentor, facilitator, teacher, and confidante, I coached people through various stages of their careers. I was a senior executive manager at Jazzart Dance Theatre, CAPAB, Artscape, Nederlands Dance Theater (NDT) based in Den Haag and the Baxter Theatre Centre at the University of Cape Town (June 2003 - Nov 2019). All of this prepared me for my career journey as a coach.
I am based in the picturesque city of Cape Town. I have 2 siblings and a nephew. I enjoy reading, cooking, travel, hiking and all things related to the creative industry.
