I help entrepreneurs transform themselves into better leaders.

Grounded in Integral Theory, I work from a holistic model of how change occurs – considering not only you and the unique way you move in the world, but also who and what supports you in the ever-changing landscape in which you operate.

Together, we’ll develop a clear understanding of where you are, a vision of where you long to be, and co-create a program to build the muscles you need to grow and embody this new vision.

There are times as leaders when we can find ourselves at the edge of our own skills and capacities, not getting the results we hoped for and unsure of how to move forward. We’ll work together to discover and release your inner potential, so you can grow into the leader you long to be.

* Certified Integral Master Coach(TM) through Integral Coaching Canada
* Ten-year relationship with Vistage International, the world’s leading executive coaching organization, both as a Member and, currently, a Chair leading two Peer Advisory Boards for CEOs and small business owners
* CEO of a small information technology and professional services provider, growing company to over $30M before exiting through a successful M&A event
* Over 25 years of broad business experience from sales and marketing to operations and project management, working in organizations as large as AT&T and as small as my own solo-entrepreneurship
* Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Information Systems from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia Tech
* Adjunct Professor for Shepherd University and Frostburg State University teaching courses such as Principles in Management, Staffing and Development, Project Management, Gender in Technology, and Management Information Systems
* Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation
