About myself & my experience
A partnership and wellness journey begins your individualized goals. My approach is strength-based and spans from in-person meetings to Zoom and Skype around the globe. I hold a masters degree in coaching and am a PhD student of infant and early childhood development specializing in infant mental health, and a specialization in Positive Psychology. Currently, I'm gaining licensure in the state of Rhode Island for addictions counseling. My experiences are vast and tumble around together into the buckets of stress reduction and wellness. I'm an ASID certified designer, specializing in biophilic and trauma-informed design (commercial and residential), an ICF credentialed coach, and have decades of small business experience. I can assist you in creating achievable short term plans in order to reach your long term goal via mindfulness and strength-based tools. Areas I can excel for you are in values clarification, stress reduction, weight, disease management, and physical appearance goals, home stress trigger reduction and design change, along with addictions recovery, de-escalation, and parenting plus adoptions support.My photos

My approach with you begins with weekly, focused time. Time feels like a luxury in modern living and spending a slice of it weekly, on yourself, sets a foundation for exploration and resilience-building.
