I am trained as an Executive Leadership Coach by an ICF accredited Level 2 program with over a decade of general coaching experience guiding leaders across industries and geographies. My method and approach focuses on ICF core competencies in active listening, curiosity, and non-judgmental questioning to help clients access awareness and uncover their own insights for greater decision making in pursuit of their goals.

Notes / Remarks

I have several years of overall coaching experience but last year I decided to intentionally transition to executive leadership coaching so I completed my ICF accredited training in this area last year and am currently working towards accruing my full hours towards accreditation.
