My coaching method & approach
We work together in a safe space maintaining the utmost of confidentiality and respect for both the client and the coach. As a coach, I do not give advice, rather I facilitate the space to allow the client to find their own answers from within themselves. I maintain active listening, reflection and offer powerful questions. I challenge the client to look within themselves and I observe and reflect the connections of their thoughts. This allows for powerful self awareness and brings about change for the client. I offer accountability to encourage sustainability for all of the goals the client creates for him/herself.Notes / Remarks
