I am a qualified Integral Coach and managing owner of Focal Growth, providing coaching services to both private individuals and corporate clients, facilitating learning circles and self-development programmes. I am originally from Kenya and speak Swahili, English and German. I love diversity as it enables multiple perspectives.

My coaching method & approach

I am a certified Integral Coach from the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business in association with the
New Ventures West, San Francisco, USA, accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I am driven by my passion for unlocking potential, maximizing talent while maintaining individual uniqueness (essential self). Through my deep listening and ability to connect, I create a space for clients to feel free and safe, thereby facilitating an authentic self-development that is rooted in the client’s essential self.

Notes / Remarks

I am an Organizational Development professional and I am registered with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP). I have over a decade of work experience internationally in Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Tanzania and South Africa in a diverse range of industries in both large corporations and Small to Medium sized Enterprises. In the UAE, I was the HR manager at a management consulting company. In Germany, I worked for a manufacturing company on various strategic initiatives such as Health Management Systems and Talent Management processes. In the Non-Profit sector, I have managed a skills development CSR project for a multinational company, developed and implemented HR initiatives for SMEs, and strategies for measuring the social impact of CSR projects.
