About myself & my experience

I am a globetrotter - lived in 10 different countries from Venezuela to Armenia, The Netherlands, USA and many places in Latin America and Europe.

As coach, I partner with my clients to reach not only their goals but also to develop their understanding of how to work/manage international and diverse teams. Understanding your values and creating trust, safety and presence will help people communicate better with others creating harmonious and effective working environment.

My coaching method & approach

I coach using the ICF core competencies. Going beyond models is how I coach. This means I work with the client by listening and guiding the intuition to get the client where he/she needs and wants to be.

I also use various assessments techniques, if required.

Notes / Remarks

I am an anthropologist and the developer of the STP approach, a culture model where the individual is central. Culture is ever present in our lives and we need to understand how culture, diversity and inclusion work together.
