About myself & my experience
My name is Jill and nutrition and fitness is my passion. I work with busy professionals, moms/families, retirees, who need simple effective tips to reach their everyday healthy goals to live longer! I coach in the Chicago area and virtual coaching nationwide to promote wellness.I have a strong desire to educate individuals and families on simple, effective ways they can live happier, healthier lives and live longer!
I became interested in health and nutrition throughout my Pilates journey. I had many clients and family members who needed help with their health issues. The more I researched that the foods we consume really do affect us overall. The more I realized how important not only good nutrition is but also exercise, a healthy lifestyle and attitude are as well.
