About myself & my experience

Hello, I am Laura, a Leadership and Career Coach dedicated to helping people reach their full potential and create fulfilling careers.

I am an Accredited Organisational Coach and I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Before becoming a coach, I worked for 20 years in biomedical research, clinical research and medical communications. I worked in the private and public sectors, where I held research and leadership roles.

While working in leadership roles, I discovered my passion to help people thrive in the workplace.

I have coached people in a wide range of industries, such as healthcare, biomedical research, marketing, communication, engineering, consulting, finance and education.

I coach people all around the globe, in English and in Spanish. I have coached people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Australia, Asia, Europe, Africa and Latin America.

My coaching method & approach

Together, we will clarify where you are now and where you would like to be.

First, I will help you define the goals you want to achieve. Then, I will help you identify strategies and actions that will allow you to achieve your goals.

As your coach, my role is to support you on the way towards your goals and to challenge you when needed.

I use a strengths-based approach to coaching, which means I will help you discover and explore your strengths and how you can use them to achieve your goals.

I have a background in science, and I bring a scientific approach to my coaching, using the latest research in neuroscience and human behaviour to facilitate adult learning and development.
