I’m a body confidence coach and I’ve helped people from all over the world to like their bodies. I work with adults, teens, and parents. Every single person I have worked with has a similar story. You were born with not one negative feeling about your body. Not one! You proudly came into this world butt naked and as a toddler, you freely ran around naked after bath time. But somewhere between happily playing with lego to growing hair (in places where hair hadn’t been before), you started to not like your body. So what happened?Let me guess, you want to like your body. You’ve tried the diets, the fitness regimes, tracking apps, weigh-ins, cutting out bread/sugar/dairy, and not only was it absolutely no fun — it didn’t work (and can I just say that life is too short to not eat carbs?). Sure, maybe you lost weight in the short term but… let’s be honest here: it hasn’t worked in the long term. You keep feeling like you need to change how you look. But here’s the truth: What you’re currently doing isn’t working because it’s not about how you look, it’s about your relationship with yourself. And maybe you still feel like you need to lose weight to be comfortable with yourself. That’s fine, no judgment here. But what if I told you that you could love yourself without having to change yourself… and literally eat your cake while you’re at it!

-To shut up your bitchy inner critic and start liking your body, so you can be body confident and actually do the things you want to do like wear what you want, go out more, stop hiding beneath loose tops, and be the Body Confident Mum
-Get the tricks and tools to stop listening to your bitchy inner critic, comparing yourself to others, and giving a crap about what other people think or say. Instead, boost your body image and learn how to handle unwelcome comments about your body (even from your MIL).
-Show your kids what being body confident looks like, help your kids to preserve that natural self-love that they were born with, and raise them in a body-positive atmosphere that churns out some seriously self-assured adults.
In our 5 weeks of one-on-one work, you’ll get:
-A detailed getting to know you form to fill out before we begin
-5 x 75 minute long 1:1 session with me (that’s once per week)
-A 5 week-long Body Confidence Journal
-A weekly checklist with all my top tips and tricks

A 5 week 1:1 coaching programme to help you and your teen:
-Body confidence Coaching to support your teen on how to accept and like their body
-The tools your teen needs to not be fazed by negative comments from others or social media
-Get clear on how to help your teen with their body image so you can support them during their journey
-Support your teen’s needs in order to repair their relationship with themselves so they can start feeling gratitude and appreciation for themselves.
-Help your teen to see their inner and outer beauty
-Relief yourself of the heavy feeling in your heart and the weight on your shoulders from worrying about your teen.
In our 5 weeks of one-on-one work, you’ll get:
-A detailed ‘getting to know you’ form to fill out before we begin
-2 x 60 minute one-on-one sessions for you (the parent) with me. These will take place at the start and end of our 5 weeks together. During this time I’ll give you all the tricks, tips, and tools you need to help your teen on their journey.
-5 x 75 minute sessions for your teen. We’ll work one-on-one together on their body image.
-Support via email between sessions
-A body confidence journal for your teen
-A body positive parenting journal for you
About me
About myself & my experience
I’ve been where you are. I used to stand in front of the mirror, suck in my tummy, and emotionally beat myself up for how I looked. My bitchy inner critic used to love to tell me that I needed to lose weight.I’ve since slapped the microphone out of that bitch’s hand.
I know you understand what I mean when I say that I used to believe that my life would be 10x shinier, happier, and more fabulous once I hit my goal weight. Long story short, that didn’t work (lmao). I also had a crooked bite for the first 20 years of my life. I had to wear a brace for 4 years in my late teens and twenties AND have my jaw broken and realigned (Yay for permanent screws in my face! Boo for metal detectors). As you can imagine, my body confidence wasn’t anywhere near the bikini wearing level it is now. I know how bad it feels to not like your body and I know how good it feels to accept and like it. I want to help you get to this sweet spot too!

The most important relationship you will ever have in your life is your relationship with yourself. Your relationship with yourself is the foundation for everything else in your life, so if that foundation isn't good, then that's going to badly impact everything you build on top of it.My approach to coaching is to work on your relationship with yourself so you can live the life you want, have the love life you always dreamed of, and kick ass in your career. As a body confidence coach, I will coach you through mending your relationship with yourself and your body.
